Certification Rich

Certifications validate skills and experience, but are more importantly, a window to best practices and discplines in their applicable field.   We have a broad range of certifications that contribute to the effective delivery of holistic performance engineering solutions:

2014                                                                                                 1995
2019                                                   1997
Where individual and team performance are the focus, I'm certified in team and individual assessments through The Meyers-Briggs Company who brings 70 years of psychometric expertise to companies worldwide.   These assesments can bridge the gap between insight and action.
  1. Myers–Briggs Type Indicator
The purpose of the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is to assess differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world around them and make decisions. A team version is also available.
  2. Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument
The TKI is designed to measure a person's behavior in conflict situations--those in which the concerns of two people appear to be incompatible. It assesses an individual's behavior along two dimensions: (1) assertiveness, the extent to which the person attempts to satisfy his own concerns, and (2) cooperativeness, the extent to which the person attempts to satisfy the other person's concerns.
  3. Strength Deployment Inventory
The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) helps people understand themselves by helping them understand the motives that drive their behaviors in two different conditions — when things are going well and when they face conflict.
  4. Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation
The FIRO-B estimates how comfortable an individual is with a specific behavior: Inclusion, Control, and Affection. Each area is also modified by two further factors: Expressed Behavior and Wanted Behavior.
  5. Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance
DiSC is used to learn more about oneself and others; and how to deal with situations where interpersonal relationships are involved. It can also of help you understand how one person would likely react in a specific team, management or leadership situation, given her or his DISC style.
  6. California Psychological Inventory®
The CPI 260® helps individuals gain insight into their interpersonal style, values, and motivation—as well as into strengths and blind spots in their leadership approach. It is designed to describe individuals objectively, as others would describe them.
